Andrew Warren BSc, MRICS, RICS Registered Valuer

​

After completing a degree in Building Surveying, Andrew finalised his RICS qualifications in 2002. Andrew joined a local firm of surveyors in 1999 and was made a partner in 2008.

​

In 2015 Andrew, along with a well-known local estate agent Nick Bird, opened Bailey Bird and Warren, a firm of Independent Estate Agents, Valuers and Chartered Surveyors.

​

Andrew has surveyed a wide variety of residential and commercial properties since qualifying in 2002.

With a family background in the building industry, Andrew has a thorough understanding of construction and building pathology.
